KAI-02050-FBA-FD-BA Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 64-BCQFN packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. An optical format of 2/3 inch has been specified for the image sensor. Image sensors have 64 pins.
