KAI-02050-ABA-JP-BA Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 67-BCPGA packages. There should be a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V on the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Bulk. In order for the image sensor to work properly, its dynamic range should be 64 dB. The image sensor has an optical format of 2/3 inch. It consists of 67 pins. While operating, image sensors should supply a voltage of 15.5V.
