KAI-02050-AAA-JP-BA Overview
67-BCPGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. 14.5V~15.5V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk so they don't get damaged. There should be the dynamic range of 64 dB on the image sensor. The image sensor has an optical format of 2/3 inch. Pins 67are located on the image sensor. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
