KAI-01050-FBA-FD-BA Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 64-BCQFN packages. An image sensor should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to keep them safe. A 1/2 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. The image sensor has 64 pins.
