KAF-40000-CXA-JD-AA Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are packaged in 52-BCPGA packages. 14.5V~15.5V should be the supply voltage for the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. It consists of 52 pins. When operating, image sensors should provide 15.5V voltage.
