KAF-18500-NXA-JH-AA-08 Overview
To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 48-BPGA packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. Those image sensors will be protected in the Bulk. Image sensors have 48 pins. During operation, the voltage supplied by image sensors should be 15.5V.
