KAC-12040-CBA-JD-AA Overview
As a safety precaution, the image sensors are packaged in 237-XFCPGA packages. An image sensor should provide a voltage of 1.8V 2V. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. Pins 237 are on the image sensor. Image sensors should operate at 2.1V voltage.
