KAC-06040-CBA-JD-AA Overview
Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 237-XFCPGA packages. There should be 1.8V 2V voltage supplied by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. The image sensor has 237 pins. During operation, the voltage supplied by image sensors should be 2.1V.
