KA78L05AAZTA Overview
A Tape & Box (TB) case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. A TO-92-3 case is used for packaging. As you can see, the IC chip has 3 terminations. Regulator IC chip's output type is Fixed. It has 1 outputs to ensure that the performance of this regulator is prompt and sufficient. The dropout voltage of the regulator IC is 10 volts. 3 pins are on the chip. There is a way of packing the regulator that is called AMMO PACK. To meet operation requirements, the voltage regulator IC has a maximum output current of 100mA. It operates in the 5.5mA Quiescent Current state. The temperature should be below 125°C when you use the IC voltage regulator. There is no operating temperature below 0°C for the chip.
