KA75420MTF Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please refer to power management for TO-243AA functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -25°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
