GBPC1504 Overview
In this device, the forward voltage is 15A.GBPC1504 refers to a base part number that can be used to identify several related parts.Electronic components in the 4-Square, GBPC package are basically the same.There should be a monrectifieroring of the reverse leakage current and rectifier should not be allowed to exceed 5μA.A Screw mounting method is used for the device.Keeping it at -55°C~150°C TJ ensures its normal operation.Surge current should be monitored and not be allowed to exceed 300A.A secondary consequence of its primary action is heat (energy loss or waste).In order to power this device, there is a reverse voltage peak of 5μA.This device provides maximum design flexibilrectifiery since rectifier has a zero output current.
