FODM1009R2V Description
One gallium arsenide (GaAs) infrared light emitting diode optically connected to one phototransistor is included in the single channel, DC sensing input, FODM100x Series optocoupler, which comes in a stretched body SOP 4-pin package. The VISO, or input-output isolation voltage, has a 5,000 VACRMS rating.

To achieve dependable and high voltage insulation, use a creepage and clearance distance of 8 mm and an insulation distance of 0.4 mm.
