The FDN359BN_F095 is an N-channel Logic Level MOSFET produced using Fairchild's Semiconductor's advanced PowerTrench? process. It has been specially tailored to minimize ON-state resistance and yet maintain superior switching performance. It comes with a high-performance version of the industry-standard SOT-23 package. Identical pinout to SOT-23 with 30% higher power handling capability. It is well suited for low voltage and battery-powered applications where low in-line power loss and fast switching are required.
