FDMF8705 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 56-PowerWFQFN Module package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 6.4V~13.5V's supply voltage.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-55°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, H gate has the following specific characteristics.The base H bridge ic number of FDMF8705 can be used to find related H bridge ics.When the output reaches 65A, a maximum current is reached.
