FDMF6821B Overview
For packaging, it is used with Tape & Reel (TR).A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in Module.The board is mounted using Surface Mount.A transmission line can be terminated at a 43 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.As H bridge ic of the signal interface, 40 pins are used as pronged contacts.SWITCHING REGULATOR has been incorporated as H bridge circuit's analog IC type.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 50A when the ambient temperature is specified.Output and power supply pins have a current of 55A.1 outputs are provided.There are integrated 2 drivers in the system.As a result of excessive costs, 125°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.For reasons of cost minimization, the acceptable minimum operating temperature is -40°C.
