FDLL914B Overview
There is no reason to reverse the voltage at 100V.This device has an average rectified current of 200mA volts. An unwanted consequence of the primary action of this electronic or electrical device is the production of 500mW heat.Forward current may not exceed 300mA.Fuse elements have an indefinite life expectancy of 200mA, which is the maximum current that the fuse can carry for an indefinite period of time.As a measure of resistance to heat flow, thermal resistance measures the temperature difference at which a material or object resists a heat flow. The natural thermal resistance is 300 °C/W.The maximum surge current is 4A.This device can deliver a value of 4pF depending on the capacitance. As the data chart indicates, the peak reverse is 5μA.
