FDH444 Overview
This device produces a maximal reverse leakage current of 100nA volts.This device has an average rectified current of 200mA volts.The allowable value of forward current reaches 200mA.Having a current rating of 200mA, it can carry an indefinite amount of current without deterioration.Phase diode rectifier is possible to use a surge current of maximum value 4A.A device that has a capacitance of 2.5pF can provide a value of 2.5pF.As indicated by the data chart in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 100nA.
