FDFS6N303 MOSFET Description
The FDFS6N303 is a high-performance MOSFET from Onsemi and it's part of the FEIKEY product line. Inside the package, the MOSFET and Schottky diode are separated. To enhance versatility and simplicity of usage, the general-purpose pinout was chosen. FETKEY devices are ideal for switching applications such as DC/DC buck, boost, synchronous, and non-synchronous converters, where the MOSFET may be driven as low as 4.5V and quick switching, high efficiency, and a tiny PCB footprint are desired.
