A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 12V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate type.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 1200V.
