Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 10V~20V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 600V.
