FAN5903BUCX Description
FAN5903BUCX, provided by ON Semiconductor, is a type of multi-mode buck converter with high efficiency and low noise. It is specifically designed to power Radio Frequency (RF) power amplifiers in handsets and other mobile applications. It features a 10us output voltage step response for early GSM Tx power-loop setting and 3 MHz switching frequency in high power PWM mode. It is characterized by 6MHz PWM operation at high power and PFM operation at low power in the low-power auto mode.
