FAN5665UCX Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-UFBGA, WLCSP package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.9V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 30mA output current. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 3.6V for the purposes of operation. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the FAN5665 family. A voltage of 5V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins. Voltage regulator's maximal output current reaches 30mA A to meet the operation requirements. In this case, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 2.9V volts is required to ensure reliable performance. The maximum supply voltage for the voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V, so DC DC switching regulator can operate with a maximum voltage of 5.5V. A frequency of 1.2MHz permits DC DC switching regulator to maintain a high level of accuracy.
