FAN5234MTCX Description
FAN5234MTCX is a type of dual mobile-friendly PWM/PFM controller with high efficiency. High efficiency over a wide range of loads can be ensured by synchronous rectification and Hysteretic Mode of operation at light loads. Fast responses to load transients is provided as a result of feed-forward ramp modulation, average current mode control, and internal feedback compensation. The FAN5234MTCX PWM/PFM controller is available in the 16-lead, thin-shrink small-outline TSSOP package at an operating temperature range of -10 to 85 °C.
