SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape and Reel external package encloses the voltage reference ic.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.An ambient temperature of 85°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 5V is outputted.
