CAT859CTBI-GT3 Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this PMIC, you can find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. 3 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. There is a supply current of 6μA for the power management. Supervisors are also additional features, such as [0] for example, which are worth mentioning. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by CAT859.
