CAT812LTBI-T3 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.2V. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 8μA is the recommended value.
