CAT24S128C4ATR Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. Case Tape & Reel (TR) is available. In the case of 4-XFBGA, WLCSP, it is embedded within the case. The chip has an 128K 16K x 8 memory. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. Due to its extended operating temperature range, the device is well suited for a wide range of demanding applications. A supply voltage of 1.7V~5.5V can be applied to it. Its recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The chip is terminated with 4 terminations. For a comprehensive working procedure, this part supports as many as 1 functions. A voltage of 5V is required for the operation of this memory device. In order to operate effectively, the memory rotates at a clock frequency within a range of 1MHz. In order for the memory ics to transfer data to the CPU, this memory integrates with a I2C-type serial bus.
