CAT1641LI-28-G Overview
There are 8 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tube way. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. There is a 3mA supply current present in the power management. There are other features such as RESET THRESHOLD VOLTAGE IS 2.925V to name a few. It is always advisable to use CAT1641, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 3mA.
