CAT1640YI-42-T3 Overview
In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. In this IC management you will find 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) functions for you to refer to. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 3V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. A maximum supply temperature of 3mA can be used with this power management.
