CAT1640YI-28-T3 Overview

In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 3mA.
