CAT1320YI-42-T3 Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to power management for 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 3V for this IC power. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 3mA at the most.
