As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There are a total of 8 pins on power management. 8 pins are present on the power management system. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 2.7V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 3mA. A maximum supply temperature of 3mA can be used.
