BF199 Description
BF199 is a type of NPN RF transistor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. Different from ordinary mechanical switches (such as Relay and switch), RF transistor BF199 use electrical signals to control its own opening and closing, so the switching speed can be very fast. Because of its fast response and high accuracy, it is used for a wide variety of digital and analog functions, including amplification, switching, voltage regulation, signal modulation, and oscillators.
