BC640TFR Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 40 @ 150mA 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current. As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of -500mV, it allows for maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 50mA, 500mA.Continuous collector voltages of -1A should be maintained to achieve high efficiency.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at -5V.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -1A.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 1A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
