The device operates when the forward voltage is set to 1V.Surge currents should be monitored and prevented from exceeding 2A.Components always operate at 50V volts.There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 200mA.Array is possible to draw current from the part of 200mA.This device has approximately 2pF farads of capacitance.Array is powered by a reverse voltage peak of 100nA.This electronic or electrical device creates 350mW of heat (energy loss) as a derivative of its primary action.
