There will be no operation of this device when the forward voltage is set to 800mV.We should be monitoring the surge current and keeping it below 600mA.When the forward voltage is set to 200mA, this device will operate.Array is possible to draw current from the part of 200A.An approximate capacitance of 10pF farads is present in this device.Powered by reverse voltage, this device has a peak voltage of 2μA.The maximum reverse leakage current from a semiconductor device when reverse biased is 2μA.By virtue of its primary function, this electronic or electrical device generates 290mW kcal of heat (energy loss).
