BAT54 Overview
Phase diode rectifier produces a maximum reverse leakage current of 2μA volts.Devices like this have an average rectified current of 200mA volts. An unwanted consequence of the primary action of this electronic or electrical device is the production of 290mW heat.200mA is the maximum value of forward current. The fuse's current rating is 200mA, which is the maximum current the fuse can handle for an indefinite time without deteriorating too much. The maximum surge current is 600mA.A value of 10pF can be delivered by the device depending on its capacitance. The datasheets show a peak reverse of 2μA, as shown in the data chart.
