BAS21 Overview
An appropriate reverse voltage is 250V.A rectified current of 200mA volts is averaged for this device. The primary action of this electronic or electrical device produces no heat as an unwanted side effect.Forward current may not exceed 200mA.In terms of energy loss, electronic or electrical devices produce the least amount of 350mW heat (energy). As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 200mA, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 2A.Phase diode rectifier is possible for a capacPhase diode rectifierance-based device to output a value of 5pF.As indicated by the data chart in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 100nA.
