Board space is saved by RF transceiver IC's 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Surface Mount is used to mount the RF transceiver's mounting.When transceiver RF emerges as a TxRx Only, it performs extremely well and is highly reliable.High reliability is achieved by using advanced transceiver RF' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).A transceiver RF circuit board with 28 pins is designed.The mount is provided by Surface Mount.The frequency of 400MHz~470MHz 800MHz~940MHz determines how RF transceiver operates .
