Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in BGA packages. Those image sensors will be protected in the Tape & Reel (TR). In order for image sensors to operate properly, they should be powered by 2.94V voltage. Image sensors should be operated at a maximum operating temperature of 70°C. While image sensors are operating, the temperature cannot be lower than -30°C.
