63-LBGA packages protect the image sensors. There should be a voltage of 1.8V~2.8V supplied by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Tray. There should be a dynamic range of 71.1 dB on the image sensor. A 1/3 inch format image sensor is specified.
