ADP3178JRZ-REEL7 Overview
The product is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) to facilitate transportation. Currently available in Cut Tape (CT) packages for shipping. Volatge output for this regulator is 1.3V~2.05V. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. In addition to Controller, Intel Pentium? III, this device targets other applications as well.
