The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 100 @ 100mA 5V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 130mV ensures maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 450mV @ 50mA, 500mA.Emitter base voltages of 6V can achieve high levels of efficiency.In the part, the transition frequency is 120MHz.The maximum collector current is 1.5A volts.
