1N5819 Overview
Phase diode rectifier produces a maximum reverse leakage current of 1mA volts.There is an average rectified current of 1A volts for this device.When the forward current reaches 1A, it is allowed.Its current rating is 1A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. Surge currents can be used up to 25A.A value of 110pF can be delivered by the device depending on its capacitance.Based on the data charts in the datasheets, the peak reverse is 500μA.
