1N4002G Overview
100V is a reasonable reverse voltage. There is an average rectified current of 1A volts for this device.Forward current is allowed to reach a value of zero. Its current rating is 1A, which is the maximum current that a fuse will carry for an indefinite period without too much deterioration of the fuse element. Phase diode rectifier is possible to use a surge current of maximum value 30A.A data chart shows that the peak reverse is 10μA in the datasheets. In diodes, the breakdown voltage is defined as the largest reverse voltage that can be applied without increasing the leakage current exponentially, and its breakdown voltage is 100V.
