An interesting PLCC package is used. As low as 0°C is not a problem for it to operate. An ambient temperature of no more than 85°C should be used. The low-level output mode outputs 24mA. It is possible that the electronic part may conduct -3mA current in high-level output mode. It is strongly recommended that you use at least a voltage of 4.5V when operating this buffer. There is a maximum supply voltage rating of 5.5V. Based on 1 circuits, digital buffer operates fundamentally.
