OV09282-EAAC-AA0A Overview
It is necessary to place the image sensors into Module packages in order to ensure their safety. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 1.2V 1.8V 2.8V. We will package these image sensors in the Bulk to protect them from damage. Sensors should be set to 85°C at maximum operating temperatures. Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -30°C when the image sensor is in operation.
