OV08856-GA4A Overview
To ensure safety, the image sensors are packaged in Module packages. A voltage of 1.2V~2.8V should be supplied by the image sensors. For protection against damage, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. Temperatures above 85°C should be set as the maximum operating temperature for the image sensors. In any case, the temperature of the sensor should not be below -30°C while it is operating.
