OV02740-H34A Overview
The image sensors are put into 34-BGA Module packages for safety protection. 2.8V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray for protection. The image sensors should be set to 85°C at their maximum operating temperature. However, it is recommended that the temperature should not be lower than -30°C when image sensors are in operation.
