TJA1100HNZ Description
TJA1100HNZ developed by NXP USA Inc. is a type of 100BASE-T1 PHY for automotive Ethernet. It is able to minimize power consumption based on the dedicated PHY enable/disable input pin. 100 Mbit/s transmit and receive capability is provided over a single Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) cable, supporting a cable length of up to at least 15 m. It is capable of providing optimum performance for automotive use cases, including IP camera links, driver assistance systems and back-bone networks.
